It's funny to me when people don't look up the definitions of words before they brand something. There is no excuse anymore with dictionary.com available at all times.



Here is a blog post from a buddy of mine that digs into this issue at the expense of a 'team manager'. The comments are too precious (and I don't say this just because I've commented). Waste more time at work and read this string, it's funny as.
